Uganda: is a country found in the eastern part of Africa. She shares a border with Kenya to her east, South Sudan to her north, DR Congo to her west, Rwanda on the southwest and Tanzania on the south.
She gained her independence on the 9th of October, 1962. Her capital city is called Kampala and her official languages are; English and Swahili.
The nation is blessed with a substantial amount of natural resources, fertile soils and a large quantity of mineral deposits of Cobalt and copper. She also has in abundance Crude oil and natural gas that has not really been tapped. The country thrives mainly on the income generated from Agriculture.
The population in Uganda is estimated at about 37 million, there are many ethnic groups and they speak about 40 different languages. About 84% of the population is Christian, 12% are Muslim, and the remaining 4% are of some other religions.
